KB was born and grew up in Vienna Austria, where she also started as Actress in Viennese Theaters, like Volkstheater and Theater in der Josefstadt. After three years in Germany, at Theaters in Bonn and Frankfurt, she returned to Austria and started to work for television. Several parts in popular TV series and single films made her well known to a large audience. Quite often she also worked for German TV since Austria mostly has to coproduce wiht the neighbour. This engagements made her travel and work in many diferent countries, therefore mobility of performers is a topic she has a lot of personal experiencies to contribute to.

5 years ago she started to develope her „second“ profession and has become a successfull scriptwriter for TV ever since. 2007 a TV comedy was shot in Austria, again an Austrian/ German coproduction. She just finished the next script, a rather dramtic story on young people getting into the hell of drug abuse.

It was also 2007 this year that she returned to the theater stage, to her roots, playing Celiméne in Molieres Misanthrop, the Godess Fortuna was the part she played this spring in Viennas Lustspielhaus

During the next months she will perform as chanson singer in Vienna.

10 years ago she was foundation member of the Austrian collecting society of filmmakers and performers Vdfs and attends to the interests of actresses and actors as comitee member of Vdfs ever since.
